Privacy

This statement explains what information may be submitted through this website and how JOOD Labs treats it.

Information a visitor may submit

This website does not require an account to read. Information is submitted only when a visitor uses the workspace-access interface, which collects an organization name, a workspace ID and an access code. No other personal information is requested through this site.

How workspace-access information is handled

Workspace credentials are used solely to determine whether an authorized institutional environment may be opened for the person entering them. Until the secure workspace connector is operational, submitted credentials are not transmitted to a workspace, are not stored and do not create a session.

When the secure connector becomes operational, credentials will be transmitted over encrypted connections and validated on the server. Verification will never rely on an organization name alone, and responses will not disclose whether a particular organization exists.

Credentials and analytics

Credentials must not be placed in public analytics. JOOD Labs does not collect, log or transmit organization names, workspace IDs or access codes through analytics, advertising or third-party measurement tools.

Sale of personal information

JOOD Labs will not sell personal information. Information provided in the course of institutional discussion is used for that purpose only.

Security and retention

Security, retention and access-control practices will evolve as institutional workspaces become operational. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this statement.

Contacting JOOD Labs

An official contact destination for privacy inquiries is being configured and will be published on this page and in the site footer once verified. Until then, institutional contacts should use the channels provided directly by JOOD Labs.
